• Communications: Records of messages, calls, or emails you send to us, including through our messaging platform.

Message frequency varies based on your care plan and service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

We share your information with trusted third-party vendors only as necessary to provide our services:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Twilio — SMS and voice communications for appointment reminders and service notifications.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery for confirmations, alerts, and care-related communications.
• Google Maps Platform — Address autocomplete, service area mapping, and geofencing for caregiver location verification.
• Google Analytics — Website traffic analysis and user behavior insights (see Section 7 on Cookies).
• Supabase — Secure cloud database and authentication infrastructure for storing your account and care records.

These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for purposes other than providing their services to us.

Some information we collect may qualify as Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect PHI, including:
